Role & responsibilities:
Provide information and assistance on banking products such as savings accounts, current accounts, loans, cards, and digital banking services.
Verify customer documents and perform KYC/AML checks in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests professionally and promptly.
Support account opening, account maintenance, and customer onboarding processes.-to-day responsibilities for this role.
Manage customer accounts, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other banking transactions.
