Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Sr. Software Engineer - Full Stack with solid expertise in Ruby on Rails and up-to-date frontend technologies to join our engineering team. This is an exciting prospect to work directly with a Silicon Valley product startup building scalable SaaS products for the construction technology domain.

Responsibilities:
Work closely with Product Managers and business stakeholders to understand product requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.:
Build scalable and maintainable backend services using Ruby on Rails:
Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrations with internal and external systems:




Design event-driven and serverless architectures using AWS Lambda and messaging systems:
Contribute to system architecture, scalability, performance optimization, security, and engineering best practices:
Develop backend services and utilities using Golang and NodeJS, where applicable:
Utilize AI-assisted and agentic coding tools to improve engineering efficiency, code quality, and developer productivity:
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture decisions:
Work with CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure to support reliable deployments:
Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices across the team
