Key Responsibilities:
Manage product listings on websites and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
Handle product uploads, descriptions, pricing, and images
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team
Process and track online orders, returns, and refunds
Manage customer queries and provide support
Plan and execute online promotions, offers, and campaigns
Analyze sales performance and prepare reports
Coordinate with logistics and delivery partners

Skills Required:
Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms
Positive communication and coordination skills
Knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
Attention to detail
Problem-solving ability

Qualification:
Any Graduate (Experience in e-commerce preferred)

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,674.20 - ₹25,000.00 per month
