About the role
Safex Solutions is seeking a Telecaller to support lead generation, customer outreach, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling within the construction and building materials industry.
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers
Follow up on leads and inquiries
Schedule meetings for the sales team
Maintain customer records and call logs
Support business development activities
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Robust communication skills
Basic computer proficiency
Qualified and customer-focused approach
Preferred Industry Experience
Construction Materials, Cement, Paints, Building Products, Facade Solutions
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
