Role Purpose

The Creative Manager will lead the creative direction and execution of all brand communication for IKON and its client projects. The role is responsible for developing strong creative concepts, ensuring high-quality design output, and maintaining consistent brand identity across all offline and digital touch points.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field
Minimum 5+ years of experience in creative/design roles
Prior experience in agency or consulting setting is must

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage creative strategy aligned with IKON’s brand positioning and client objectives.
Lead conceptualization and execution of creative campaigns across digital, social media, websites, presentations, and marketing collateral.
Oversee creative development and design of advertisements, social media creatives, pitch decks, reports, brochures, case studies, and brand assets.
Ensure consistency of visual identity and tone of voice across all communications.




Manage and guide internal designers, freelancers, and external creative partners.
Review and approve all creative outputs to maintain quality and brand standards.
Coordinate photo shoots, video shoots, and multimedia content production when required.
Work closely with marketing, strategy, and performance teams to support campaigns.
Track creative effectiveness and suggest improvements.

Key Skills & Competencies
Robust conceptual and visual design skills
Excellent sense of layout, typography, and colour
Basic understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Canva
Basic understanding of UI/UX and digital formats
Solid communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Passion for creativity, and delivering visually inspiring work
