Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Solid knowledge of attendance management, leave administration, payroll support, PF, ESI, statutory compliance, and other HR operations.
Experience in employee engagement initiatives, performance management, appraisal coordination, and HR policy development.
Ability to maintain employee records, manage documentation, and handle employee exit formalities.
Positive exposure to employer branding, social media recruitment, and talent attraction strategies.
Hands-on experience in bulk hiring through Naukri and other job portals.
Working knowledge of labour laws, handling employee grievances, labour disputes, and coordinating with various departments to resolve workplace issues.
Solid communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRMS/HR software.

Ability to maintain confidentiality, ensure legal compliance, and support organizational growth through effective HR practices.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
