Location: Mumbai & Kochi, Kerala

We're looking for experienced Non-QM DSCR Underwriters to join our growing team.

Experience Required: 2+ years (Current experience in Non-QM & DSCR underwriting).

Key Requirements:
Robust experience in Non-QM & DSCR loan underwriting.
Knowledge of investor guidelines and alternative documentation
Experience with DU/LP and mortgage underwriting systems.
Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹900,000.00 per year
