Role Summary The Senior Executive – CRM will manage customer relationships, handle customer queries and requirements, coordinate with Projects and Accounts teams, follow up on payments, maintain CRM records, prepare reports, and ensure timely closure of customer-related activities while achieving assigned targets.

KRA: Task / Activities
Handle customer queries, requests, and concerns and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain accurate CRM documentation, customer records, and related files.
Coordinate with Projects and Accounts teams for customer-related requirements and issue resolution.
Follow up with customers regarding payments and support timely collection.
Generate and maintain CRM reports and provide regular updates to management.
Monitor customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams for timely completion.
Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.
Follow up on pending activities and ensure timely closure of assigned tasks.




Achieve assigned targets and contribute to overall CRM and sales objectives.
