Key Responsibilities:
Handle complete recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)
Screen candidates for technical and communication skills
Coordinate with operations and project teams for hiring needs
Manage job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and candidate pipeline
Ensure timely closures and maintain recruitment MIS
