Job Requirements

We’re looking for a Sr. Executive to join our Events & Experiential Marketing team, owning projects end-to-end — from concept and client pitch through production, execution, and closure. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives managing multiple moving parts (teams, vendors, budgets, timelines) in a fast-paced setting.

Experience
5–7 years in events, experiential marketing, brand activations, launch events, or medium-to-large scale live productions
Proven track record owning projects end-to-end, not just executing a brief
Strong client-facing skills, including senior stakeholder management
Experience running multiple concurrent projects across teams, agencies, and vendors
Working knowledge of production, budgeting, timelines, contracts, and procurement

What You’ll Do
Lead concept development and pitching for events, activations, and experiential campaigns
Own project execution end-to-end — planning, budgeting, vendor/agency coordination, on-ground production, post-event closure and reporting
Manage senior stakeholder and client relationships through the project lifecycle
Coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, brand, and operations teams
Manage vendor and agency relationships,



including contracting and negotiation
Track budgets and timelines, flagging and resolving issues proactively
