We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive to manage HR operations and statutory compliance functions for our facility management operations in Trivandrum.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
Handle EPF and ESI compliance, registrations, filings, and remittances
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems
Coordinate with government departments for statutory audits/inspections
Support grievance handling and employee engagement initiatives
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in facility management/housekeeping/manpower services industry
Robust working knowledge of payroll processing and EPF/ESI compliance (core requirement)
Positive communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office / HR & payroll software
Experience: 3+ years Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
