You're Probably a Great Fit If You Have 6–8 years of software engineering experience, preferably in startups. Have built and deployed multiple production-grade Agentic AI systems. Have robust backend engineering fundamentals and love writing clean code. Think like a product builder, not just an engineer. Have a bias for shipping over debating.
