Position: Finishing Engineer (Civil)
Experience: 8+ Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech - Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities:
Execute and supervise luxury finishing works including marble, flooring, high-grade woodwork, glass installations, painting, false ceiling, and premium interior finishes.
Ensure finishing works meet project specifications, design standards, and luxury quality benchmarks.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams for timely execution.
Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and resolve finishing-related issues.
Ensure proper material selection and adherence to approved specifications.
Manage quality control,



safety compliance, and final handover activities.
Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to deliver exceptional project outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience:
Experience in luxury residential, hospitality, commercial, or high-end real estate projects.
Solid knowledge of premium finishing materials and execution techniques.
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and technical specifications.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Solid understanding of finishing project management processes

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
