About the role:
We are looking for a Senior Associate - Last Mile Logistics to manage end-to-end domestic and international shipment operations. The role will involve coordinating with courier partners, warehouses, customer support and internal teams to ensure timely, productive and cost-effective delivery of customer orders.

Specifically, this role will involve:
Managing end-to-end domestic and international shipment operations.




Coordinating with courier partners for pickups, deliveries, NDR, RTO and escalations.
Tracking shipments and proactively resolving delays, stuck shipments and delivery exceptions.
Coordinating with warehouses, customer support and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Managing international shipping documentation and coordinating on customs-related queries.
Monitoring courier partner performance across TAT, NDR, RTO and shipment ageing.
Maintaining daily logistics MIS, shipment trackers and operational reports.
Supporting logistics invoice reconciliation and identifying billing discrepancies or leakage.
Handling logistics-related customer escalations and ensuring timely resolution within defined SLAs.
Identifying prospects to improve delivery TAT, reduce avoidable RTOs and enhance customer experience.
