SEO & Performance Marketing Executive

We are looking for an SEO & Performance Marketing Executive for a skincare e-commerce marketplace. The candidate will be responsible for improving organic website traffic and managing paid advertising campaigns to drive sales and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
Manage SEO – On-page, Off-page & Technical SEO
Conduct keyword research and improve Google search rankings
Manage and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads
Plan campaigns to increase website traffic, conversions and sales
Monitor ROAS, CPC, CTR, CPA/CAC and conversions
Work on retargeting and audience campaigns
Use GA4, Google Search Console & Google Tag Manager
Prepare performance reports and suggest improvements
Coordinate with content and creative teams for ads and landing pages

Mandatory Skills SEO | Google Ads | Meta Ads | GA4 | Google Search Console | Keyword Research | Performance Marketing | Campaign Optimization | Conversion Tracking

Preferred: Candidates with experience in Skincare, Beauty, D2C or E-commerce brands.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
