About Role:

As an SEO Manager at Nxtwave, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence through effective search engine optimization strategies. Your expertise in keyword research, off-page SEO, and cross-functional collaboration will be crucial in driving our website's visibility and ranking

Key Responsibilities:
Keyword Research and Implementation:
Conduct extensive keyword research to identify high-potential, low-competition keywords.
Implement these findings in content strategy to enhance search engine rankings and online visibility.
Off-Page SEO and Domain Authority:
Develop and execute robust off-page SEO strategies to improve the website's Domain Authority (DA) and acquire quality backlinks.
Monitor and analyze backlink profiles to ensure high-quality and relevance.
Guest Posting and Outreach:
Collaborate with potential websites for guest posting prospects.
Manage outreach link-building campaigns to expand our digital footprint.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
Work closely with various teams within the organization to identify and leverage opportunities for natural backlink acquisition.




Foster a team-oriented workplace to enhance SEO efforts across different departments.
Team Management:
Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring the delivery of high-quality SEO outcomes.
Technical SEO:
Proficient in technical SEO, with experience in optimizing website architecture, improving site speed, ensuring mobile-friendliness, and addressing crawl issues for enhanced search engine visibility.

Requirements:
Demonstrated success in SEO management with a track record of significantly improving SERP rankings and managing comprehensive SEO projects.
Profound knowledge of SEO best practices, expertise in using tools like Ahrefs, Keyword Planner, SEMrush, and adaptability to the latest Google algorithm updates.
Exceptional analytical skills with experience in conversion rate optimization to drive SEO strategy.
Strong leadership qualities with a history of leading and developing high-performing SEO teams and effective cross-functional collaboration.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
