Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support the Human Resources department with daily administrative and operational tasks. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, and talent management while providing valuable exposure to HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support employee onboarding and orientation activities.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist in preparing employment documents, letters, and reports.
Help organize employee engagement programs, training sessions, and company events.
Support payroll and attendance record management (where applicable).
Assist in HR policy documentation and compliance activities.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.




Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management.
Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong interest in Human Resources and talent management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Positive organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Solid attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team workplace.

Preferred Skills
Familiarity with HR practices and employment laws.
Basic knowledge of HR Information Systems (HRIS) is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skil
