Our Delhi office is a global commercial hub. The team here sells into international markets — the Middle East, Africa, Europe, the Americas, and Asia-Pacific — working alongside our offices worldwide. We're hiring a Sales Director to lead it.
The Role
You will own VORN's international sales performance from Delhi — building the pipeline across multiple regions, closing the deals,
and working with our overseas offices to land and deliver them.
Responsibilities
Build and manage an international sales pipeline end to end: prospecting, qualification, proposal, negotiation, close
Sell across the portfolio — uniforms, EV fleet and charging, intelligence systems, industrial vehicles — into overseas government, industrial, and corporate clients
Identify and pursue export prospects across the Middle East, Africa, Europe, the Americas, and Asia-Pacific
Coordinate with VORN offices in Dubai, Riyadh, London, Amsterdam, New York, and elsewhere on shared accounts and local execution
Work with our sourcing and production teams in Kolkata, Dhaka, and Xiamen to build costings, specifications, and lead times
Lead commercial negotiations on supply contracts, framework agreements, and international tenders, including Incoterms, payment terms, and LCs
Build and lead a Delhi-based international sales team as the off
