Job Title: Data Analyst

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, clean, and organize large datasets
Analyze data to identify trends and insights
Prepare reports and dashboards using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
Work closely with different departments to understand data needs
Ensure data accuracy and consistency
Present findings to management in a transparent and structured manner

Skills Required
Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, data validation, conditional formatting, and data cleaning.
Good knowledge of SQL, including SELECT queries, JOINs, GROUP BY, subqueries, and data aggregation.
Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Strong understanding of data analysis, data cleaning, data validation, and data interpretation.
Ability to prepare and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and performance reports.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
Valuable understanding of KPIs, metrics,



and business reporting.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality.
Ability to work with large datasets and organize complex information effectively.
Valuable understanding of statistics and basic data analysis concepts.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present data and insights clearly to management and business teams.
Ability to convert business requirements into meaningful reports, dashboards, and actionable insights.
Valuable time-management skills and ability to handle multiple reporting requirements within deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
Basic knowledge of Python (optional but preferred)

Salary: ₹15,000- 25000 (Monthly)
