Compliance KPIs and testing the controls
Thematic reviews
Regulatory Compliances: Review of implementation of current regulations and testing thereof.
IRDAI Mock Inspection reviews and data collation and verifications
Analysis of IRDAI orders on peer insurers and testing of compliance levels of the company thereof
Any other time bound assignments related to regulatory compliance monitoring.

Incumbent Characteristics Essential Desired Qualification CA

MBA Experience 7+ years

Experience in audit, Compliance reviews and testing, Actuarial process reviews, Finance process reviews
