We are a mutual fund distribution and wealth advisory practice helping clients with wealth creation, retirement planning, and portfolio management. We are looking for an Admin cum Customer/Relationship Executive who will be the operational backbone of the office and the first point of contact for clients — handling documentation, transaction processing, and day-to-day client servicing so the advisory team can focus on research and advice.

Customer / Relationship Servicing
Maintain and update client records, portfolio files, and the CRM/tracker with all interactions and transactions.
Schedule and coordinate client meetings/reviews for the advisory team.
Handle routine client service requests — statement requests, address/bank/nominee updates, folio queries — and resolve them within defined timelines.
Log every client query or complaint in the tracker and follow up until closure; escalate anything unusual or sensitive to the owner promptly.
Send timely reminders to clients for SIP renewals, KYC updates, document pending, and review meetings.




Support the advisory team in preparing meeting materials and portfolio review documents.
Build and maintain a courteous, trust-based relationshipwith clients to support client satisfaction and retention.

Key Skills
Valuable communication skillsin English and the local language, both written and verbal.
Comfortable with MS Office/Google Workspace (Excel especially) and willingness to learn CRM and transaction platforms (MFU/BSE StAR, CAMS/KFintech).
Well organised, detail-oriented, and process-driven — comfortable following checklists and SOPs.
Pleasant, patient, client-facing demeanour; ability to handle client queries and minor complaints with composure.
Ability to multitask and manage time across documentation, transactions, and client calls.
Trustworthy and discreet in handling confidential client and financial information.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
