Role & responsibilities
Lead and manage overall Engineering, Maintenance, Waste Management & CSSD operations.
Ensure uninterrupted operation and maintenance of critical hospital engineering systems.
Plan and monitor preventive maintenance, breakdown management and equipment performance.
Prepare and control annual/monthly budgets with focus on cost optimization and energy conservation.
Manage engineering projects, AMC vendors, contractors and service partners.
Drive operational efficiency, equipment uptime, safety, quality and compliance standards.
Develop contingency plans and implement corrective actions for operational challenges.
Lead and develop engineering teams; identify training needs and improve staff performance.
Coordinate effectively with internal departments, external agencies and stakeholders.
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by HOD/Management.
