About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join a reputed Automobile / Two-Wheeler Dealership in Faridabad. The candidate will be responsible for handling customers, understanding vehicle service requirements, coordinating with the workshop team, and ensuring timely and satisfactory service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Attend customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements.
Prepare accurate job cards based on customer complaints and vehicle inspection.
Explain required services, repairs, estimated costs and timelines to customers.
Coordinate with technicians and the workshop team for timely completion of jobs.
Provide regular updates to customers regarding service progress.
Coordinate vehicle inspection, repair, servicing and delivery.
Prepare and explain service estimates and invoices to customers.

Pay: ₹10,340.00 - ₹24,978.96 per month
