We are looking for a Service Billing & Back Office Executive for our company, OTS Automation and Solution, located in Koyambedu, Chennai.

The candidate will be responsible for handling office-based service coordination, billing, quotation preparation, ticket updates, and data entry related to our CCTV, AC, Electrical, and Fire Alarm services.

Candidates who are not comfortable using a laptop/computer or are not interested in billing, quotation, ticket handling, and office coordination work should not apply.

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.





Key Responsibilities
Prepare billing and quotations for CCTV, AC, Electrical, and Fire Alarm works.
Check technician work details and prepare billing based on the completed work.
Receive, update, and maintain service tickets.
Coordinate with technicians regarding work status and service details.
Maintain service records, customer details, and billing information.
Use Laptop, Excel, Google Sheets, and other basic office applications for daily work.
Handle basic email communication and office documentation.
Follow up on pending service tickets, quotations, and billing.
Coordinate between the office team, technicians, and client sites.

Pay: Up to ₹16,000.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Chennai, Tamil Nadu (Chennai, Chennai District)
