Position Overview: As a Medical Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals (doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, etc.). The role requires a proactive and motivated individual with strong communication skills to build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, ensure product visibility, and meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Promotion:
Promote pharmaceutical products to doctors, medical professionals, hospitals, and clinics.
Effectively present product information, advantages, and scientific data to healthcare professionals.
Attend meetings, conferences, and seminars to stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
Sales & Target Achievement:
Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company.
Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, pharmacists,



and medical staff to increase product sales.
Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct regular market research to identify opportunities and assess customer needs.
Analyze sales trends and customer feedback to improve sales strategies.
Product Distribution:
Ensure timely delivery and availability of products in healthcare facilities and pharmacies.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the distribution team for product availability.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of sales calls, customer meetings, and sales activities.
Submit regular reports to management on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
Relationship Management:
Build robust, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Address customer inquiries and concerns effectively and promptly.
