CTC: Up to ₹3.0 LPA - ₹3.5 LPA (₹28,000 - ₹35,000 per month equivalent CTC, based on experience and skills)

About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives for the International process to join our team in Jaipur. This opportunity is open to both freshers and experienced professionals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and building positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via call.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and service requests efficiently.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional interactions.
Record customer interactions and update relevant information in CRM systems.




Follow up on pending customer issues and ensure timely resolution.

Required Skills:
For Freshers
Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Robust interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
6 months to 4 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, BPO, Call Center, or related roles.
Experience in handling customer queries and issue resolution.
Familiarity with CRM tools and customer support processes is an advantage.
Solid communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
