Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to strengthen the brand and support business growth.
Develop and execute digital marketing and social media strategies to improve brand visibility and engagement.
Plan and execute brand communication strategies across relevant channels.
Coordinate with external marketing, advertising, PR, and creative agencies to deliver campaigns effectively.
Ensure all marketing and communication content is aligned with brand guidelines and maintains high quality.
Manage the marketing budget effectively and ensure optimum return on marketing investments.
Create and oversee marketing communication, including campaign content, promotional materials, and other brand communication.
Review and contribute to the quality of written content used across marketing campaigns.
Work closely with creative teams on visual communication and marketing materials; knowledge of basic design tools is preferred.
Stay updated on new marketing trends and explore cutting-edge ways to improve brand reach and customer engagement.




Ensure timely execution and monitoring of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Identify and develop new B2B and B2C marketing channels to increase brand reach and business opportunities.
Plan and manage marketing events such as workshops, seminars, exhibitions, and promotional activities from start to finish.
Identify new business development prospects through online and offline channels.

Preferred candidate profile
MBA / master's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably with exposure to multiple areas of marketing.
Solid understanding of digital marketing, social media, branding, and event management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong content creation and communication skills with good attention to detail.
Working knowledge of design tools/software will be an advantage.
Ability to develop and execute effective marketing and brand strategies.
