? Role Overview

We are looking for a senior residential real estate leader to drive business growth across the premium/luxury residential segment. The role requires robust HNI/UHNI relationships, business development expertise, revenue ownership and deep knowledge of the Delhi NCR & Gurugram market.

? Key Responsibilities

• Manage HNI/UHNI client relationships and high-value transactions
Drive premium residential sales, leasing & mandates
Build developer and channel-partner networks
Lead business development, revenue generation & closures
Manage and mentor teams to improve pipeline and conversions




Source property mandates and develop recent business opportunities
Represent the organization in senior client & industry engagements

? Requirements

• 8–15 years in Residential/Premium Residential/Luxury Real Estate
AGM / GM / Regional Head / Business Head level experience preferred
Solid HNI/UHNI & developer network
Proven revenue and transaction-closure track record
Excellent communication, negotiation & stakeholder-management skills
Extensive Delhi NCR/Gurugram market knowledge is mandatory
Candidates from leading IPCs strongly preferred; local broking firms may also be considered
Cushman & Wakefield candidates are not eligible
Relocation candidates are not considered
