Senior Executive Merchandising

Location: Bengaluru (Corporate Office)

Experience: 3 - 8 Years

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete merchandising cycle from product development to shipment for international buyer accounts.
Independently handle buyer accounts, including costing, order execution, and delivery.
Coordinate with sourcing, production, quality, planning, and logistics teams for timely execution.
Monitor T&A; calendars and ensure on-time shipment while meeting quality and compliance standards.
Build solid relationships with buyers and support business growth.
Lead and mentor a team of Merchandisers/Assistant Merchandisers.
Drive process improvements to achieve delivery, quality, and commercial objectives.

Preferred Profile:
Prior experience in an apparel export house with exposure to managing international buyer accounts.
Sportswear merchandising experience is preferred.
Experience in handling both Knit & Woven product categories is preferred.
