Role Description

This is a full time, on-site Senior Sales Associate role based in Bengaluru.

The Senior Sales

Associate will engage with prospective clients, understand their property requirements, and provide suitable recommendations from the company’s portfolio. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting property presentations and site visits, following up on leads, negotiating terms within established guidelines, and supporting clients throughout the transaction process. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in sales systems, working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth deal closures,



and contributing to monthly and quarterly sales targets (CTC up to 5 LPA). The position is suited for individuals who are comfortable in client-facing work and interested in advancing within the real estate sales function.

Qualifications
Solid client relationship and communication skills, including the ability to understand client needs and explain property offerings clearly.
Sales and negotiation abilities, with experience meeting or exceeding targets in real estate or related industries preferred.
Comfort with on-site work, field visits, and a dynamic schedule aligned with client availability.
Basic proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and digital communication platforms to manage leads and documentation.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred, along with relevant experience in real estate, retail sales, or business development.
Strong work ethic, integrity, and willingness to learn market trends and company processes.
Fluency in English and local languages used in Bengaluru is an advantage.
