Place: Near Vashi Railway Station
Ensure smooth functioning of counselling, admissions, and customer service activities.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, admissions, and educational programs.
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
Handle walk-ins, telephonic enquiries, and online leads professionally.
Follow up with prospective students to convert leads into admissions.
Lead, train, and motivate counsellors and support staff.
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.
Ensure achievement of individual and branch targets.
Develop strategies for lead generation and student conversion.
Coordinate promotional activities, seminars, and marketing campaigns.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, admissions, and payments.
Build solid relationships with students, parents, schools, and partner institutions.




Address escalations and resolve student/parent concerns effectively.
Maintain accurate documentation and MIS reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and admission procedures.
Coordinate with head office regarding branch performance and operations.
