We are looking for a energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in retail sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Assist customers by understanding their requirements and recommending suitable products.
Drive sales and consistently achieve assigned targets.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively.
Maintain store presentation, merchandising, and stock levels.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and billing professionally.




Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Eligibility Criteria
Education: Graduate (Mandatory)
Experience: Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
