Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end payroll processing .
Process monthly salaries, attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, and deductions.
Handle payroll inputs and ensure timely salary disbursement.
Manage statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and related filings.
Process Full & Final Settlements (F&F;) and employee exit formalities.
Prepare payroll MIS reports and maintain payroll records.
Resolve employee queries related to salary and payroll.
Coordinate with HR and Accounts teams for payroll-related activities.
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance in payroll operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline.
Valuable knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and payroll compliances.
Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and payroll reporting.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
