Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Plant Cost Accountant to lead plant costing, financial analysis, budgeting, profitability analysis, inventory accounting, and cost optimization initiatives. The candidate will partner with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing efficiency, strengthen cost controls, and support strategic decision-making through accurate financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end plant cost accounting activities.
Develop and maintain standard costing and product costing systems.
Review BOMs, routing, and manufacturing cost structures.
Analyze material, labour, overhead, and production variances.
Prepare profitability and margin analysis by product, customer, and business segment.
Monitor inventory valuation, slow-moving inventory, and inventory accuracy.
Drive cost reduction and process improvement initiatives.
Prepare annual budgets, rolling forecasts,



and monthly financial reviews.
Develop plant MIS dashboards and KPI reports for management.
Monitor capital expenditure (CapEx) and project costs.
Support SAP CO implementation, enhancements, and process improvements.
Coordinate with Production, SCM, Engineering, Procurement, Quality, and Finance
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and audit requirements.
