Core Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Greet showroom visitors, answer phone/online leads, and build long-term relationships.
Product Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of Volvo safety innovations, trim levels, electric/hybrid technology, and competitor models.
Demonstrations: Lead skilled vehicle walk-arounds and test drives.
Sales & Finance: Explain pricing, leasing, and financing options, and work with sales managers to close deals.
Follow-Up: Use CRM software to track leads, communicate via text, phone, or video, and coordinate smooth vehicle deliveries
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 1–2 years in retail, luxury sales, or customer service; automotive experience is preferred but entry-level positions often provide training.
Skills: Strong active listening, interpersonal communication, and basic computer/CRM literacy.
