Be the first point of contact between customers and the dealership
Demonstrate features and options on all vehicles in inventory
Answer basic questions about financing and other optional financial products
Promote the company’s service and finance department with buyers to ensure customer loyalty
Perform vehicle delivery for buyers after a purchase has been completed
Routinely follow up with buyers to ensure continued satisfaction
Contribute to dealership sales data by filling out standard reports
Cold call prospective buyers to generate current business when necessary
Find current clients: Reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, and networking.
Understand needs: Ask questions to learn what the client wants and needs.
Share product knowledge: Explain features, advantages, pricing, and financing options clearly.
Close deals: Negotiate contracts and manage the final purchase process.
Maintain records: Track client interactions and sales data using a CRM software tool.
Follow up: Call or email clients after the sale to ensure they are happy and answer new question





Required Skills and Qualifications
Communication: Speak and write clearly to persuade and inform buyers.

Resilience: Stay positive and handle rejection well.
