- Provide first-level technical support to staff for hardware, software, and system-related issues.

- Diagnose and resolve computer, printer, scanner, and peripheral device problems.

- Install, configure, update, and maintain operating systems and software applications.

- Troubleshoot application errors and system performance issues.

- Provide technical assistance to users both remotely and in office.

- Provide technical support for Hospital Information System (HIS/HMIS), Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Laboratory Information System (LIS), PACS, and other hospital applications.

- Support users in accessing and using IT systems.

- Escalate application or system issues to the appropriate vendor or senior IT personnel.

- Ensure minimum disruption to clinical and administrative services during technical problems.

- Provide prompt technical support during system failures and critical operational issues.

- Assist in maintaining continuity of IT services in emergency situations.

- Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required.

Pay: ₹9,509.53 - ₹15,500.00 per month
