This is a Meerut-based, on-site role. Applications that do not meet both conditions below will be rejected without review:

1. You must currently be residing in Meerut (or within daily commuting distance, up to ~25 km by RRTS). We are not offering relocation assistance, accommodation, travel allowance, or remote/hybrid work.
2. Your diploma must be in Electronics or Electronics & Communication. Candidates from Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical, Civil, Computer Science, IT, or any other branch are not eligible and should not apply. This is a core electronics role and the branch requirement is non-negotiable.

Applicants who ignore the above will not be shortlisted

We are looking for a Diploma holder in Electronics based in Meerut to join our R&D; department. The selected candidate will work closely with our R&D; engineers on current product development and design documentation. Training on PADS will be provided to candidates with strong drafting skills and solid electronics fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist R&D; engineers in day-to-day design, development and testing activities




- Prepare and modify circuit diagrams and schematics using PADS (training provided if required)
- Support PCB layout activities and maintain design documentation
- Assist in prototype assembly, testing and troubleshooting of electronic circuits

Required Skills

- Diploma in Electronics / Electronics & Communication (mandatory no other branch)
- Currently residing in Meerut (mandatory)
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD (2D drafting)
- Basic understanding of electronic components, circuits and measuring instruments
- Aptitude and willingness to learn PCB design software (PADS); candidates with experience in any schematic/PCB tool such as PADS, Altium, OrCAD, Eagle or KiCad are encouraged to apply
- Good documentation skills and a learning mindset

Preferred

- Prior hands-on experience with PADS or any PCB design tool
- Prior experience in an R&D; or product design environment
- Familiarity with PCB fabrication and assembly processes
- Local candidates from Meerut with own conveyance
