About the Role

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage our social media presence, create engaging content, monitor performance, and support digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter/X.

- Plan, create, and schedule posts, reels, stories, blogs, and short videos.

- Develop and maintain monthly content calendars and social media strategies.

- Monitor social media trends, algorithms, and emerging content formats.

- Track performance using Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and other analytics tools.

- Prepare monthly/quarterly performance reports and suggest improvements.

- Manage comments, DMs, mentions, and overall online community engagement.

- Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, influencers, and external agencies.

- Support influencer collaborations, campaigns, contests, polls, and other engagement activities.

- Ensure all content follows the company's brand voice, visual identity, and guidelines.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :

- Create and publish 20–25 quality posts/reels/stories per month.

- Achieve 10–15% quarterly improvement in engagement.





- Achieve 5–10% quarterly follower growth.

- Maintain 95%+ timely response to comments and DMs.

- Introduce at least 2 new content/campaign ideas per month.

- Execute at least 1 social media campaign/influencer collaboration per quarter.

Quarterly Goals:

- Deliver at least 60 quality social posts across platforms every quarter

- Achieve minimum 15% improvement in total engagement rate

- Launch 1 audience engagement campaign (contest, poll, live session, etc.)

- Execute 1 influencer or partnership-driven post per quarter

- Attend at least 1 digital marketing webinar or skill upgrade session per quarter

Requirements :

- 1–2 years of experience in Social Media Management / Digital Marketing.

- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

- Good content writing and communication skills.

- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking.

- Creative mindset with valuable understanding of current social media trends.

- Ability to manage multiple platforms and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
