About the Role

AE Global Group is looking for a creative, proactive and digitally savvy Junior Digital Marketing Associate to support our digital presence, online campaigns and student lead-generation activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage social media platforms — Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube
- Plan and execute social media content calendars, posts, reels and stories
- Create captions, blogs and promotional content
- Assist with SEO, keyword research and website content optimization
- Support Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns
- Track and analyze leads, engagement, website traffic and campaign performance
- Prepare weekly/monthly digital marketing reports
- Conduct competitor and market research
- Promote webinars, seminars, events and university-related activities
- Coordinate with the Design, Video and B2C/Admissions teams

What We're Looking For




- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, BBA, Media or a related field
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing, SEO, SMM & SEM
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Basic Canva skills
- Good content writing, communication and analytical skills
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
- Creative, proactive and willing to learn
