About the role

We are hiring a Junior Civil Site Engineer to support civil works across project sites in Delhi and NCR. You will coordinate day-to-day site execution, maintain quality and safety standards, and help keep work aligned with approved drawings and schedules.

What you will do

- Supervise daily civil work and coordinate activities with site teams and contractors.

- Read and follow construction drawings, specifications and bills of quantities (BOQs).

- Monitor site progress, workmanship and material use against the planned schedule.

- Check measurements and quantities and maintain daily progress reports and site records.

- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants and senior engineers to resolve site issues.

- Conduct quality checks and support timely inspection and approval of completed work.

- Identify delays, resource gaps and execution risks and escalate them early.

- Support contractor billing, material reconciliation, snag-list closure and handover documentation.

- Maintain a safe,



organised work site and ensure teams follow applicable safety practices.

You may be a positive fit if you

- Have 5–6 years of hands-on civil site execution and supervision experience.

- Can interpret civil drawings, specifications and BOQs confidently.

- Have practical experience in site measurement, quantity tracking, quality control and contractor coordination.

- Are comfortable preparing daily progress reports and maintaining site documentation.

- Communicate clearly, solve site problems quickly and take ownership of deadlines.

- Are willing to work on-site at project locations across Delhi and NCR.
