Palladian Designers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior BIM Modeler – Architecture & Structural to join our team in Indore.

The candidate will be responsible for developing and updating BIM models, preparing drawings, and supporting project teams in delivering accurate architectural and structural documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and develop Architectural and Structural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Prepare and modify 2D drawings and documentation using AutoCAD.
- Develop BIM models based on architectural/structural drawings, PDFs, CAD files, and project requirements.
- Assist in creating plans, elevations, sections, details, and other project documentation.
- Coordinate architectural and structural elements within BIM models.
- Identify and report modeling inconsistencies or clashes.
- Follow company BIM standards, project guidelines, and quality requirements.
- Make revisions and updates to models as per project/client requirements.
- Coordinate with senior BIM Modelers, Team Leads, and Project Leads.
- Maintain accuracy, consistency, and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Required Skills
- AutoCAD – Mandatory
- Autodesk Revit – Mandatory
- Basic understanding of Architectural and Structural BIM.
- Knowledge of architectural/structural drawings and construction documentation.




- Understanding of basic building components and construction practices.
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Positive communication and teamwork skills.

Eligibility
- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / B.Arch / Civil Engineering / Architecture or related field.
- Experience: Fresher to 2 years.
- Freshers with good knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit are encouraged to apply.

Preferred
- Basic knowledge of BIM workflows.
- Experience with Scan to BIM / PDF to BIM / CAD to BIM will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Revit Architecture or Revit Structure.
