Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Digital Marketing & HR Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience to support our digital marketing and recruitment activities.

The candidate will be responsible for social media management, digital marketing support, candidate sourcing, recruitment coordination, and HR activities.

Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing

- Manage company social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Create and publish engaging posts, creatives, captions, reels, and promotional content.
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Support basic SEO, keyword research, Google Ads, and Meta Ads activities.
- Monitor social media engagement, reach, leads, and campaign performance.
- Conduct competitor and market research.
- Coordinate with internal teams for marketing content and promotional activities.
- Maintain a social media content calendar and prepare performance reports.
- Assist in website content updates and basic digital marketing activities.

HR Recruitment
- Handle end-to-end recruitment coordination for assigned positions.
- Understand manpower requirements from different departments.
- Prepare and post Job Descriptions on recruitment platforms.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, referrals, and other sources.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate salary discussions, offer releases, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports.




- Support onboarding activities for new employees.

HR & Administrative Support
- Maintain employee and recruitment records.
- Assist in preparing HR MIS and recruitment reports.
- Support employee communication and engagement activities.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding recruitment requirements.
- Assist the HR team with day-to-day HR and administrative activities.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Marketing, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR or Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Digital Marketing certification will be preferred.

Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in HR Recruitment, Digital Marketing, or a combination of both.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Hands-on knowledge of social media platforms.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and digital marketing tools.
- Good knowledge of recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar recruitment platforms.
- Valuable MS Excel and MS Office skills.
- Knowledge of Canva will be an advantage.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Creative, proactive, and willing to learn.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with experience in B2B, manufacturing, construction, engineering, or industrial companies will be preferred.
- Should be comfortable handling both HR Recruitment and Digital Marketing responsibilities.
- Should have a target-oriented and result-driven approach.
