Candidate Requirements
Candidates must have retail industry experience.
Experience in selling Personal Loans or Credit Cards is mandatory.
Qualification: Graduation / HSC
Robust sales and communication skills.
Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.
Working Hours
Shift Window: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Working Hours: 9 hours per day
Weekly Off: Rotational
Compensation
CTC: Up to ₹30,000–₹32,000 per month in hand, depending on experience and suitability.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales of Personal Loans / Credit Card products.
Generate and follow up with potential customers.
Achieve assigned sales targets.
Maintain robust customer relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
