Role & Experience
Senior Platform Architect (L7) position based in Pune with hybrid working.
Candidates with 5+ years of core architecture experience are preferred; 5–7+ years of overall experience can be considered based on profile strength.
The primary skill must be architecture and end-to-end solution design.
Banking application architecture experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Technical Requirements
Strong understanding of application architecture, including:
Security architecture
High Availability (HA)
Disaster Recovery (DR)
Data residency
Technical and residency architecture diagrams
Robust knowledge of networking, middleware, servers, and security.
Candidates should understand application flow, protocols, and middleware communication.
Knowledge of Zero Trust, WAF, PCI compliance, monitoring, and infrastructure automation is required.
Load balancer experience with any vendor is acceptable.
Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle Cloud, or IBM Cloud is acceptable.




Cloud certifications and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) experience are additional advantages.

Soft Skills
Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to drive technical discussions and stakeholder calls independently.
Strong ownership, proactiveness, and commitment to timelines.

Profile Considerations
L1/L2 operational profiles are not suitable for this requirement.
DevOps profiles will be considered only if they demonstrate strong architecture and end-to-end design capabilities.
The interview process will focus on deep and practical architecture knowledge, rather than basic awareness of architecture concepts.
