Role Overview The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for managing qualified customer leads, conducting client meetings and site visits, building customer relationships, and supporting the sales process from initial enquiry through booking.
Key Responsibilities
Manage qualified leads provided by the pre-sales team.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential properties.
Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and property demonstrations.
Coordinate and accompany customers for project site visits.
Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and other relevant information.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
Manage the sales process from enquiry through booking and documentation.
Negotiate and support the successful closure of sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the CRM system.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or other customer-facing sales roles.
Experience in sectors such as banking, insurance, automotive, hospitality, or wealth management may also be considered.
Solid communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Ability to manage follow-ups and maintain customer relationships effectively.
Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
Valuable organizational and sales coordination skills.
Language Requirements
Bengali: Speaking and understanding
Hindi: Speaking and understanding
English: Reading, speaking, and understanding
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
