Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
Brand Planning: Formulate and execute annual strategic marketing plans, promotional budgets, and positioning strategies tailored to assigned therapeutic segments.
Market & Competitor Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor tactics, and IQVIA/IMS data to identify growth opportunities and refine brand performance.
Promotional Material Design: Design science-backed promotional tools, clinical visual aids, brand campaigns, and literature for targeted doctor specialties.
KOL Management: Build and nurture solid professional relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) across regional and national medical associations.
Field Working & Feedback: Conduct regular field visits and joint working with sales teams to ensure strategy execution, collect feedback, and monitor brand health.
Field Force Training: Conduct product and scientific training sessions to enhance the sales force’s detailing capabilities and therapy knowledge.
Medical Events & CMEs: Plan and organize continuous medical education (CME) programs, webinars, round-table discussions, and conference participation.
New Product Launches: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D;, Regulatory, Supply Chain) to manage line extensions and recent product launches.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Life Sciences; MBA/PGDM in Marketing from a recognized institute is preferred.
Skilled Experience: 4–9 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical product management (PMT) with relevant therapeutic expertise.
