Role Summary:

Lead and manage end-to-end Loan Against Property (LAP) disbursement, repayment processing, and reconciliation activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to defined SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee timely and accurate loan disbursements as per credit approvals and policies
Manage repayment processing, including EMI tracking, adjustments, and closures
Ensure daily reconciliation of disbursement and repayment transactions with bank statements and internal systems
Drive process compliance with RBI guidelines and internal control frameworks
Handle escalations, discrepancies, and audit requirements
Monitor team performance, TAT, and error rates; ensure productivity and quality benchmarks
Coordinate with Credit, Finance, Operations, and Banking partners
Having experience of pennant system will be an added advantage.
