Job Summary The opportunity: Senior Project Manager-National-PAS WKFA-CNS - PC - Workforce Advisory - Current Delhi

Your key responsibilities
Lead end-to-end programme delivery (initiation to closure) across large HR transformation engagements.
Drive HR technology implementations (ATS, HRMS, ERP SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, Workday).
Establish delivery governance, PMO frameworks, and reporting cadence.
Manage multiple stakeholders (Client CXOs, HR leaders, internal teams).
Ensure commercial management margins, scope control, change requests.
Build and mentor delivery teams and project managers.
Drive quality, risk management, and delivery excellence frameworks.
Support business development & solutioning for current deals.
Solid experience in HR technology transformation (ATS/HRMS implementations, digital HR).
Expertise in:



Programme & portfolio management
Agile / Hybrid delivery models
Process transformation (Hire-to-Retire lifecycle)
Data, reporting and analytics enablement
Strong exposure to global delivery models and GCC environments.
Ability to define standard methodologies, playbooks, and reusable assets.
Experience in large, multi-country transformation programmes.

Master of Computer Applications
Master of Business Administration
PG Diploma in Human Resource Management
Post Graduate Diploma in Management
