Key Responsibilities
Support and enhance ServiceNow ITSM modules including:
Incident Management
Problem Management
Change Management
Service Request Management (Catalog & RITM)
Knowledge Management
Configure and customize ServiceNow applications based on business requirements.
Develop and maintain:
Business Rules, Client Scripts
UI Policies, UI Actions, Data Policies
ACLs
Design and manage:
Catalog Items, Record Producers, Variables
Request workflows and lifecycle management
Build automation using:
Flow Designer
Approval workflows, Notifications, Orchestration
Perform data imports using Import Sets and Transform Maps.
Develop reports and dashboards using Platform Analytics.




Design end-to-end ITSM solutions and provide technical guidance.
Mentor junior team members and act as a technical escalation point.
